Welche Größe soll ich kaufen?

Kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren?

Wir verstehen es komplett, wir ändern auch unsere Meinung! Obwohl wir es uns wünschen könnten, können wir sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht ändern oder stornieren, sobald eine Bestellung aufgegeben wurde. Wir hoffen, eines Tages in der Zukunft ein Stornierungsfenster zu haben.

I have wide/narrow feet. Can you custom make the width?

We have our own size chart and it is not exactly equivalent to your usual size. Our shoes are in normal width. So please refer to our size chart on the product page and choose the right size based on your foot length. If you still have concerns about the width, you may choose shoes with lace-up styles which will adjust to the width of your feet.If it does not fit finally, we accept return or exchange. You just need to contact us within 30 days upon delivery.

Why is my shipping fee not free?

Free shipping is available for orders over US$199 (Except for Customisable Dresses) in certain countries. Please refer to the checkout page for the estimated shipping costs.

We are always working with the most trustful delivery companies and the shipping fee is paid to the carrier to make sure you can get packages safely and guaranteed. Considering the competitive price of our products, it's still quite cost-effective to purchase from us.

Can you send orders to my country?

We have warehouses in the U.S., UK, Germany, Australia and China mainland, where the products will be shipped from. We will choose the nearest one which has stock for your order.

Do you have a local store?/Where is your shop?

We are sorry but currently we do not have any physical stores. As an e-commerce company, we just do business online. Compared with physical stores, we offer more reasonable prices to our customers. In fact, some online dress shops and physical stores are also our regular customers. Please rest assured that our products are made of high quality.

Why do I need to pay a 20% restocking fee for returns more than 3 items?

According to our return policy, if your return is more than 3 items, 20% restocking fee need to be charged. We implement this fee to cover the costs associated with processing returned items, including quality checks, repackaging, and preparing the products for resale. This fee helps us maintain the quality of our inventory and ensures that returned items can be properly inspected, handled, and made available for future customers in pristine condition. We are sorry that currently pay on delivery is not available on our site. We currently accept payment via Credit or Debit cards, PayPal. We also have Klarna which supports pay later. You may check the available payment methods at the checkout page.

Where to fill in our body measurements when I order a customized size?

You can place an order normally and choose customized size. After receiving your order, we will send you a size confirmation email with the measuring guide and check the sizing with you.

Washing Instructions for dancewear

NOTICE:

Most of our dancewear are not suitable for machine washing. We recommend hand washing separately. Do not wring dry.

Avoid soaking in hot water and refrain from using fabric softeners.

Slight color fading may occur with dance costumes, which is considered normal.

For new garments, we suggest washing with warm saltwater to prevent color bleeding.
